Light and Dark--each defines the other, each is appreciated in memory of the other. "The mercies of the LORD are new every morning. " Thank you for praying for our family in the loss of Nate and Lissa's baby (Isaac Andrew Forbes).The memory of this dark time will help us appreciate the light of the future, the light of the past puts this dark in perspective. God is always good.

UNPROFITABLE PLANT
This tomato plant grew to be about six feet tall, and it had about twenty blossoms over the summer. We watered it faithfully, fertilized it and made sure that it had plenty of sunshine.
But it had only one tomato.
It was not worth the price of the seedling or the time and effort we put into it. In a word, it has been unprofitable.
I hope the same will not be said of me (Matt. 25:14-30)
